What items are prohibited?
- Guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind
- Replicas of weapons
- Large purses, bags, or backpacks bigger than 12″ x 12″ (unless needed for medically necessary items)
- Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind
- Outside food or drinks
- Blankets, lawn chairs, or any other personal furniture
- Umbrellas
- Selfie sticks, drones, or laser pointers
- Professional cameras, video, or audio recording equipment, including detachable lenses, tripods, or commercial-use devices
- Pets (service animals permitted per ADA guidelines)
All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its discretion.
What is parking like?
Paid parking is available across the street at Tropicana Field.
There is also a paid parking garage on Central Avenue in front of the venue.
What is your weather policy?
Ferg’s Pavilion is an outdoor venue. Events take place rain or shine unless otherwise noted. Please plan accordingly.
We do not allow umbrellas but you may bring a rain jacket or poncho.
Our pavilion is covered, and you may also seek shelter at Ferg’s Sports Bar.
In case of inclement weather, the show will be temporarily postponed until the storm passes.
Do you have fans/heaters?
Yes!
We have fans throughout the venue, including under the pavilion. During cold weather, we bring out the portable heaters.
Our venue is outdoors, so always check the weather report and dress accordingly!
Is Ferg's Pavilion ADA accessible?
Ferg’s Pavilion is a primarily standing-room venue. We are fully ADA-accessible and welcome guests who require mobility assistance.
Permitted mobility devices include:
- Wheelchairs (manual and powered)
- Mobility scooters
- Walkers and rollators
- Canes and crutches

When do the VIP Photo Meet & Greets take place?
We advise everyone who purchased a Meet & Greet/Photo Op to plan to arrive when doors open at 6pm.
The exact time is different for every show and artist. As soon as we receive their preferred time, we will send an email to the address where the tickets were purchased.
Please be aware that messages on social media and emails to info@fergspavilion.com may not be monitored on show day. If you haven’t received an email update, you may ask the ticket office for the time once you arrive.
How does seating work?
As a multi-purpose venue, we do not have permanent seating. Seats are brought in for concert set-ups, and therefore, exact seat numbers are not assigned.
Many shows offer seating with the VIP or “Silver Circle” or “Gold Circle” options, so please be sure to look at the seating info on Ticketweb for more details, as it is different for every show.
All seating within each section is first-come, first-served.
If you have a specific seating preference beyond the general section, we recommend you arrive when the box office opens at 5pm to obtain your wristband for your assigned section and return no later than when doors open at 6pm to claim your seat.
All seats are under our covered pavilion.
Here are the different levels you will see regularly:
- MEET & GREET FOS (Front of Stage) – Meet & Greet packages offer the best seats in the house, located within the first 5 rows.
- FRONT OF STAGE SEATED SECTION – Seats will be located within the first 10 rows.
- MIDVENUE SEATED – This is our general seating area, located from the middle of the seating area to the back of the seats.
General admission will always be standing room, though you may be able to find seating in food service areas. Blankets and chairs are not permitted into the venue, so please plan your ticket purchases accordingly.

Can tickets be purchased in advance without fees or at the door?
Tickets will be available at the door (while supplies last) on the day of the show. Our box office opens at 5pm.
Tickets purchased on the day of the show will be the same price (if not higher) as the base price + fees & tax on Ticketweb, so we highly recommend you purchase your tickets on Ticketweb when they go on sale.
