What items are prohibited?
  • Guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind
  • Replicas of weapons
  • Large purses, bags, or backpacks bigger than 12″ x 12″ (unless needed for medically necessary items)
  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or illegal substances of any kind
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Blankets, lawn chairs, or any other personal furniture
  • Umbrellas
  • Selfie sticks, drones, or laser pointers
  • Professional cameras, video, or audio recording equipment, including detachable lenses, tripods, or commercial-use devices
  • Pets (service animals permitted per ADA guidelines)

All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its discretion.

Paid parking is available across the street at Tropicana Field.

There is also a paid parking garage on Central Avenue in front of the venue.

Ferg’s Pavilion is an outdoor venue. Events take place rain or shine unless otherwise noted. Please plan accordingly.

We do not allow umbrellas but you may bring a rain jacket or poncho.

Yes!

We have fans throughout the venue, including under the pavilion. During cold weather, we bring out the portable heaters.

Our venue is outdoors, so always check the weather report and dress accordingly!

Ferg’s Pavilion is a primarily standing-room venue. We are fully ADA-accessible and welcome guests who require mobility assistance.

Permitted mobility devices include:

  • Wheelchairs (manual and powered)
  • Mobility scooters
  • Walkers and rollators
  • Canes and crutches

For those who have purchased a ticket for the VIP Photo Meet & Greet, you should arrive when the doors open.

Know Before You Go

Wristbands are required for entry into the concert pavilion.

Have your QR code or ticket confirmation downloaded to expedite the check-in scanning process.

The Ferg’s Pavilion box office is located in front of the building on the Central Avenue side by the stairwell.

If you are seated at a table before the concert gate opens, you will still need to obtain a wristband. Have someone from your group go to the box office at the front (Central Ave) of the building to have the QR codes or ticket confirmation scanned to obtain your wristbands.

VIP SEATING is first-come, first-served and not assigned. Designated color wristbands will allow access to the VIP section(s).

Concerts are rain or shine. Concert cancellations due to severe/inclement weather are determined in conjunction with the tour management, concert promoters, and local authorities for the safety of attendees, bands, and staff; and are beyond the control of a single entity.

VIP and GA areas are all single-level. Accessible accommodations can be made upon request.
